Programming Specialist
Joe Phillips – joined the Interactive Division at W.A. Fisher Advertising & Printing in December 2006. Prior to joining the company, Joe worked for approximately seven years as a Web developer and interactive programmer at JPG Communications in Virginia.

Joe is an expert in Internet programming and is also an exceptional Website designer. He has designed and/or programmed dozens of state-of-the art database-driven Websites for clients across the country. Joe is prolific in the following Web programming languages: MYSQL, PHP, HTML, CSS and Macromedia Flash. In addition to his Internet expertise, Joe is also experienced in audio/video production using Apple Final Cut Studio.

At W. A. Fisher Interactive, Joe will oversee all phases on Website development: design, programming, hosting and marketing.
